Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mimmi. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. The service

Mimmi generates social media captions and images from the brand information you provide. You decide what to publish — Mimmi does not post on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind a business.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled in the billing portal.
• Refunds are at our discretion and follow Swedish consumer law where applicable.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; existing terms apply until renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mimmi to generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or that violates a platform's terms of service.

5. Content and ownership

You own the brand inputs you provide and the generated posts you export. You grant us a limited licence to process them so the service can function. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the product.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review every post before publishing — you remain responsible for what you share.

7. Termination

You can cancel any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
