Mimmi ("we", "us") is operated from Sweden. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use mimmi.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, and authentication identifiers (e.g. Google sign-in).
- Brand data: the website URL and brand details you provide during onboarding, plus content generated for you.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only subscription status and the Stripe customer ID — never card numbers.
- Usage data: basic logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used for security and debugging.
2. How we use it
- To generate and store your social media posts.
- To operate your subscription and provide customer support.
- To detect abuse and keep the service secure.
3. Sub-processors
We share data with the providers required to run the service:
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication, storage.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- AI providers — to generate captions and images from your brand inputs.
- Firecrawl — to read your public website during onboarding.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from the Settings page, or by emailing hello@mimmi.io. We respond within 30 days.
5. Retention
Account and brand data are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
